RETURN & REFUND POLICY — YUNARI LAB®

At Yunari Lab, we want you to shop with confidence. That's why your purchase is protected in two ways:

· 30-Day Returns — you can return your item for any reason within 30 days of delivery. · 60-Day Guarantee — defects, damage, and wrong items are covered for 60 days after delivery.

  1. 30-DAY RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND) ─────────────────────────────────

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return — no defect required.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

· In the same condition that you received it · Unworn or unused · With tags attached (where applicable) · In its original packaging

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email is enough).

How to start a return:

  1. Contact us at direccion@avinestyle.com with the subject line: "Return — Order #XXXXX".
  2. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will need to be sent to the address we provide in those instructions: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.

───────────────────────────────── 2. 60-DAY GUARANTEE (DEFECTS & ISSUES) ─────────────────────────────────

Beyond the 30-day return window, Yunari Lab offers a 60-calendar-day guarantee, starting from the confirmed delivery date, covering product defects and order issues. If something isn't right with your product, we want to make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

The guarantee applies when:

· The product has a manufacturing defect · The product does not work properly under normal use, following the included instructions · You received a different item from the one you ordered · The package arrived damaged or with missing items or accessories

The guarantee does NOT apply when:

· The product was misused or used contrary to the included instructions · Damage was caused by drops, impacts, or direct exposure of the device to liquids · The product was modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized third parties · The request is made more than 60 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date · The purchase was made through an unauthorized seller or reseller (only orders placed directly on our official store are covered) · The damage is normal wear and tear from everyday use (scratches, discoloration, battery degradation over time)

How to start a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at direccion@avinestyle.com with the subject line: "Warranty — Order #XXXXX".
  2. Include a brief description of the problem and supporting evidence: a photo, or a video no longer than 30 seconds, clearly showing the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once your claim is approved, we'll send you the next steps. In many cases of verified defects or wrong items, you will not need to ship the original product back.

───────────────────────────────── 3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS ─────────────────────────────────

Certain types of items cannot be returned under the 30-day change-of-mind policy:

· Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) · Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) · Personal care and hygiene goods (such as beauty products), including reusable bags and similar personal-use items once opened or used, for hygiene reasons · Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases · Gift cards · Items expressly marked as final sale or non-returnable

Note: even for non-returnable items, the 60-Day Guarantee still applies if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

───────────────────────────────── 4. EXCHANGES ─────────────────────────────────

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For defective or wrong items covered by the 60-Day Guarantee, we can also send you a free replacement of the same product — just let us know your preference when you file your claim.

───────────────────────────────── 5. EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD ─────────────────────────────────

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

───────────────────────────────── 6. REFUNDS ─────────────────────────────────

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

· If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. · Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and posted to your account. · Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout; we cannot issue refunds to a different card or account. · In cases of minor cosmetic issues, we may offer a partial refund as an alternative if you prefer to keep the product.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still don't see the refund reflected, first check with your bank or card issuer, and then contact us at direccion@avinestyle.com so we can help you track it.

───────────────────────────────── 7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ─────────────────────────────────

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at direccion@avinestyle.com. We can cancel orders free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it remains covered by this Return & Refund Policy.

───────────────────────────────── 8. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES ─────────────────────────────────

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
