Every order ships free of charge. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees at checkout.
───────────────────────────────── WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? ─────────────────────────────────
Delivery happens in two stages:
ORDER PROCESSING — 2 to 4 business days Once your payment is confirmed, our team prepares, verifies, and carefully packs your order so it leaves our facility in perfect condition.
TRANSIT & DELIVERY — 7 to 8 business days Once dispatched, the carrier delivers your package right to your door.
TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME — 11 to 12 business days This is the combined estimate from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

For hard-to-reach or remote areas, delivery may take up to 5 additional business days. In these cases, we will reach out to help coordinate the delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.
If you don't receive this email within 4 business days of your purchase, please check your spam folder or write to us at direccion@avinestyle.com.
───────────────────────────────── CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES ─────────────────────────────────
For most orders, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Depending on your country's regulations, some international orders may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local authorities. When they apply, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. If you have questions before ordering, contact us and we'll help however we can.
───────────────────────────────── BUSINESS DAYS ─────────────────────────────────
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays in the destination country and in Mexico. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
───────────────────────────────── WHAT IF MY ORDER TAKES LONGER? ─────────────────────────────────
The times shown are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to causes beyond Yunari Lab's control, such as carrier congestion, customs processing, weather conditions, or regional logistics disruptions.
If your order exceeds the maximum estimated time (12 business days, plus any remote-area extension) without any tracking updates, write to us at direccion@avinestyle.com and we will look into it immediately.
───────────────────────────────── DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES ─────────────────────────────────
Our orders go through a logistics process that may leave visible marks on the outer packaging — this is completely normal and does not mean the product inside is damaged.
When you receive your order, please:
- Check the condition of the product when opening the package.
- If the product shows any damage, take a photo and write to us at direccion@avinestyle.com within the first 48 hours of receiving it.
We cannot process claims for product damage reported after that period.
In the event of a loss confirmed by the shipping carrier, Yunari Lab will arrange a reshipment or refund, as applicable.
───────────────────────────────── INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS ─────────────────────────────────
Please verify your address before confirming your order. Yunari Lab is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to modify your address, write to us at direccion@avinestyle.com within the first 24 hours after placing your purchase. After that period, we cannot guarantee the change.
